Rob Dobi Your Scene Sucks Fullbleed

Rob Dobi is one of my biggest influences in the graphic design busiess. Everything he does, from Full Bleed Clothing to his own portfolio is very well done.

Well, Rob has done it once again with a new project called Your Scene Sucks. Twelve illustrations of “scene” types complete with description and personal comments. Check it out for a great laugh.

A List Apart CSS tutorials

Cascading Style Sheets are little files that give the web its style. Without them the web would be boring black text on a white background aligned to the left.

A list apart is a website that I would be no where without right now. This is a website that is dedicated to helping people learn CSS easily. Whether you are brand new to css, or king of it all, you should be checking this site. Cool stying tips, great tricks, and endless tutorials help anyone learn or fix a CSS problem. Better yet, it al 100% coded to meet web standards. Over time, I will be posting important articles from this site, so check back and brush up on that css at A List Apart.

Young Go Getter

Young Go Getter is another site that I try and visit at least once daily. The site focuses on content that is relevant to young entrepreneurs or, as they say, young at heart. Everything from tips and tricks to what podcasts someone in a business start up should be listening to. The site also offers a free link in their directory when you sign-up for their mildly active forums. If you want to stay on the cutting edge of the entrepreneurial world this is defiantly a site you should add to your RSS reader.

Lifehack.org is a website that offers tips and tricks to “hack” your life. I read it daily and I have picked up tons of great advince on being productive, managing my time, and getting things done. As a student I always have a lot to do and its hard to get motivated to get these things done. From time to time I will post some of my favorite “hacks” and hopefully they will help you out. For now, check out the site and if your into podcasts they have an excellent one as well! Lifehack.org
